Common questions
Before you book.
What if my team has different levels of AI experience?
That's normal, and the training handles it. Beginners learn the fundamentals through practical exercises. More experienced users get pushed into deeper builds. Nobody gets left behind or bored.
Do you cover specific tools, or general AI concepts?
Both, but weighted toward specific tools your team will actually use. Depending on your workflows, that usually means ChatGPT, Claude, plus one or two specialist tools relevant to your industry.
Can we do this online?
Yes. Online sessions work well, especially for distributed teams. In-person is available in the UK.
What if we want to train more than 10 people?
The 10-person cap keeps things hands-on and personal, which is a big part of why these sessions work. Larger groups are still possible, but they need a different structure, so the format and price are designed around your group. Get in touch and we'll work out the right approach.
Do you offer ongoing training or coaching after the session?
Both formats include 30 days of email support after the session, plus follow-up materials and an action plan. For longer-term support, get in touch and we'll design something.
