Build the AI capability every company leader now needs.

A 4-week live cohort for founders and managing directors who want to stop dabbling with AI and start using it with context, workflows, and judgment.

You'll build three practical leadership workflows, create your own AI context library, and leave with a clear implementation brief for one AI opportunity inside your business.

4 weeks · 2-hour live sessions · 8-10 leaders · founding cohort · practical outputs

You know AI matters. But it still hasn't become part of how you lead.

You've tried ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI tools. You can see the potential. But AI still hasn't become part of how you actually run your week, make decisions, manage information, communicate, plan, delegate, or lead your company.

You don't need another AI trends webinar. You don't need a giant prompt library. And you don't need to become a developer.

You need a practical way to make AI useful in your own work first, so you can understand where it can create real leverage inside the business.

This is for the leader who's thinking:

  • I know AI matters, but I'm not using it properly yet.
  • I've experimented with AI, but it hasn't changed how I work.
  • I don't want to fall behind, but I also don't want hype or gimmicks.
  • I need to understand this well enough to lead decisions inside my business.

AI isn't just a tool problem. It's a context and judgment problem.

Most people use AI like a blank chat box. They ask isolated questions, get generic answers, and wonder why it hasn't transformed the way they work.

The real shift happens when you give AI the right context: who you are, how your company works, what good looks like, what decisions you need to make, and where your recurring bottlenecks are.

Then you need workflows that make AI part of your actual working week. And you need judgment to know when the output is useful, generic, risky, inaccurate, or worth turning into a real business system.

AI doesn't remove the need for judgment. It raises the value of judgment.

Context

Teach AI how you think, what your company does, who you serve, what matters, and what good output looks like. Context is what separates useful AI from generic AI.

Workflows

Turn recurring leadership tasks into practical AI-assisted processes you can use every week. Not one-off prompts. Repeatable systems.

Judgment

Develop the taste to evaluate AI output, avoid generic AI slop, and decide what is worth applying inside your business.

This isn't a passive course. You'll work on your own role, your own company, and your own recurring tasks.

By the end of the cohort, you'll have built:

Your AI Context Library

A reusable set of context documents that help AI understand your role, company, customers, priorities, standards, voice, constraints, and recurring work. The foundation everything else is built on.

Three Leadership Workflows

Practical AI workflows built for your own working week: meetings, decision prep, research, planning, delegation, sales, hiring, client communication, or content. You choose what matters most in your role.

Your AI Judgment Framework

A simple way to evaluate AI output so you can spot what's useful, what's generic, what's risky, and what needs another pass. The antidote to AI slop.

Your Company AI Opportunity Map

A clear view of where AI could save time, improve quality, reduce bottlenecks, increase output, or support better decisions inside your business.

Your First AI Implementation Brief

A practical brief for one high-value AI use case inside your business, including the current workflow, proposed AI-assisted workflow, expected value, risks, requirements, and next steps.

A leadership capability you keep

Not a certificate. Not a course completion. A working AI layer built around you and your company that you can continue developing after the cohort ends.

The 4-week journey

Week 1

Give AI your context

Build the foundation: your role context, company context, customers, standards, priorities, voice, and recurring responsibilities. Leave with your AI Context Library and your first useful leadership workflow.

Week 2

Build your leadership workflows

Turn recurring leadership work into practical AI-assisted workflows. Meetings, decision prep, research synthesis, strategic planning, delegation, content, sales communication, hiring, or client work. You choose what matters most. Leave with 2-3 workflows you can use every week.

Week 3

Develop AI judgment and find business leverage

Learn how to evaluate AI output and avoid generic or risky work. Then apply that judgment to identify where AI could create real value inside your business. Leave with your AI Judgment Framework and your Company AI Opportunity Map.

Week 4

Scope your first implementation

Choose one high-value business use case and turn it into a practical implementation brief. Leave with your First AI Implementation Brief: current workflow, proposed AI-assisted workflow, expected value, risks, requirements, and next steps.

This isn't another AI course.

You can learn AI concepts from free videos. This cohort is different because you'll work on your own role, your own company, and your own recurring tasks.

You won't spend four weeks watching generic tool demos or collecting prompts you never use. You'll build the foundations of a practical AI working system: context, workflows, judgment, and a clear first use case for your business.

The goal isn't to turn you into an automation technician. The goal is to help you become the kind of leader who can use AI well, judge output properly, spot real opportunities, and brief the right people to build what comes next.

  • 4 weekly live working sessions, 2 hours each
  • Small group of 8-10 founders, MDs, and senior leaders
  • Practical templates and working documents
  • Private cohort space for questions during the programme
  • Weekly implementation task of around 30-60 minutes
  • Recordings available as backup
  • Review of your First AI Implementation Brief

Founders, managing directors, and senior company leaders

You make decisions about how work gets done inside the business. You are responsible for performance, direction, and output quality.

Leaders who've used AI but haven't embedded it

You've tried ChatGPT, Claude, or other tools. You can see the potential. But AI hasn't yet become part of how you actually run your week.

People who want practical capability, not theory

You want workflows you can use immediately, not another AI trends briefing or passive video course.

Leaders who want to understand AI well enough to lead decisions

Not to blindly delegate AI decisions to others, but to have the judgment to guide them yourself.

This is probably not for you if:

You want a passive course you can watch later.

You are looking for generic prompt packs or tool demos.

You want to learn code, Make, n8n, or API automation.

You want someone to transform your company without your involvement.

You're already highly advanced with AI workflows and automation.

You're not willing to bring real work into the sessions.

I've been using AI in a context-first way since completing my PhD thesis. Since then, I've built AI workflows inside my own businesses and implemented AI systems for clients across fintech, SaaS, and B2B services.

My own AI operating system is more technical: built using Claude Code, structured context files, a local workspace, and API-connected tools. But this cohort isn't about making you build that exact setup.

AI Leadership Lab teaches the same underlying architecture at a level designed for busy company leaders: context first, workflows second, automation only where it genuinely adds value, and judgment running through everything.

My approach is practical, strategic, and grounded in real business use. I'm not here to turn you into a developer or overwhelm you with tools. I'm here to help you build the context, workflows, and judgment you need to use AI well as a company leader, and identify what's worth implementing inside your business.

How it works

  1. 1. Join the waitlist below.
  2. 2. Once the cohort date is confirmed, waitlist members are contacted first.
  3. 3. Secure your place and receive onboarding details and pre-work.

Places are limited to 8-10 leaders. Join now to be first to know when the cohort date is confirmed.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. AI Leadership Lab is designed for company leaders, not developers. You need to be comfortable using standard business tools and willing to work through practical exercises, but you don't need any coding experience.

Will we use Claude Code?

No, not in the core cohort. I may show examples from my own more advanced AI setup, but the cohort is designed around an accessible leader-level workflow using AI tools, context documents, and practical processes.

Will we learn Make, n8n, APIs, or automation tools?

No. This isn't a technical automation bootcamp. You'll learn how to design useful AI workflows, evaluate AI output, and scope one implementation opportunity. Technical build work can come later if needed.

What tools do I need?

A laptop and access to an AI tool such as Claude, ChatGPT, or a comparable system. Specific setup guidance will be provided before the cohort starts.

What if I already use AI regularly?

Good. This is for people who've experimented with AI but want to make it more reliable, contextual, and useful in real work. The cohort isn't designed for complete beginners, but you don't need to be advanced.

Will this transform my whole business in four weeks?

No, and that would be a false promise. You'll build your own AI context library, create practical leadership workflows, develop better AI judgment, and leave with a clear implementation brief for one business use case. That's a meaningful and concrete outcome.

What happens after the cohort?

You can use your implementation brief yourself, hand it to your team, or discuss implementation support with me if you'd like help building the workflow properly.

What's the difference between AI Leadership Lab and the AI Strategy Sprint?

The AI Strategy Sprint is a 1:1 compressed session where we analyse your business for AI opportunities and build or map one quick win together. AI Leadership Lab is a 4-week group cohort designed to help you build your own AI capability as a leader: your context library, your workflows, your judgment, and your first implementation brief.

What if I can't make a live session?

All sessions are recorded and available to rewatch. Attending live is strongly encouraged as the hands-on work and real-time discussion are where most of the value is, but recordings are always there as backup.

What's the refund policy?

A full refund is available up to and including the second session. After that, refunds aren't available. If you have any concerns before enrolling, feel free to get in touch directly.

When does the cohort start?

The founding cohort date will be confirmed with waitlist members first. Join the waitlist to be notified as soon as the date is set.
